Job Summary
The Business Analyst - Performance Management will support the TBKR (Trigger‑Based KYC Review) programme by delivering end‑to‑end performance oversight, management information, and regulatory‑ready analytics. The role will focus on tracking execution outcomes, benefit realisation, productivity and capacity impacts arising from TBKR, translating policy and process changes into measurable insights.
