About the role 
Alter Domus is undergoing a significant transformation of its global client delivery function. This role sits directly within the transformation team, supporting the Head of Client Delivery Transformation. You will act as a consulting-style associate — scoping new initiatives, evaluating technology solutions, structuring ambiguous problems and driving execution. The initial pipeline includes major programmes such as a Jira rollout, payment journey redesign, and reconciliation process transformation. 
Key responsibilities 
Conduct initial scoping of new transformation programmes — understand the problem, map current-state processes, and structure a clear path forward 
Research and evaluate technology solutions available in the market and produce clear recommendations for leadership 
Work across client delivery, technology, product, and operations stakeholders to gather requirements and align on delivery approach
