The opportunity
We are looking for a Business Architect with strong Core Banking expertise to bridge the gap between business strategy and technology execution. This role is ideal for someone who understands banking operations deeply and can translate them into scalable digital and core platform solutions.
Your key responsibilities
Define and design business architecture frameworks aligned with banking transformation goals

Work closely with stakeholders to map business capabilities, value streams, and processes

Drive core banking transformation initiatives (modernization, migration, or integration)

Collaborate with IT and solution teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery

Conduct gap analysis across legacy and modern banking systems
