Job Description
We are seeking a Mid-level Business Analyst to support requirements capture, process documentation and stakeholder validation activities across a ServiceNow ITSM transformation programme. Working under the direction of the Senior Business Analyst, the role contributes to workshop delivery, user story documentation and UAT support across the programme lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support requirements gathering workshops and assist in documenting process flows and user stories
- Produce and maintain business requirements documentation, process maps and stakeholder sign-off records
- Assist with requirements traceability management to ensure approved requirements are reflected in configured workflows
- Support UAT activities including test scenario preparation, tester coordination and defect logging
- Liaise with subject matter experts across IT, HR and Procurement to confirm workflow requirements
