Your tasks  
Take ownership of the economic performance of the business portfolio, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. 
Gain in-depth knowledge of the business through a hands-on approach and active collaboration with various departments. 
Gather and analyze relevant data to support informed underwriting decisions. 
Develop and present underwriting decisions to the Head of Underwriting for approval and execute approved actions. 
Apply strong analytical skills to make sound assumptions in areas with limited data availability. 
Continuously refine pricing models, risk assessment frameworks, and decision-making processes. 
Proactively identify key drivers of business profitability and implement strategies to enhance economic outcomes.
