Job Summary
BlinkSwag is looking for a highly analytical and process‑driven Business Analyst who can identify operational gaps, improve workflows, and translate business requirements into ERP‑based technical solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with different departments, including Operations, Sales, Procurement, Finance, Production, and Management, to optimize processes and coordinate with the ERP/Development team for automation and system enhancements. The candidate must understand both business operations and technical ERP workflows to bridge the gap between users and developers.
