Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and translate business needs into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
- Drive business analysis activities across multiple projects, providing guidance and mentorship to junior Business Analysts where required.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams, solution architects, and project stakeholders to support system design, integration, and implementation.
- Analyze complex backend system processes, data flows, and system dependencies to ensure business and technical alignment.
- Utilize JIRA and Confluence for requirements management, documentation, traceability, and project collaboration.
