Business Analyst

Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with hands-on Turnaround Execution experience to support fast-paced, high-pressure TA and Shutdown events in the Oil & Gas sector. This role covers end-to-end requirements gathering, translation, design, testing, training, and onsite support — ensuring digital readiness and smooth execution throughout the Turnaround lifecycle. The successful candidate will be comfortable providing 24/7 onsite support during critical execution phases and can adapt quickly in time-boxed operational windows.
