What requirements you'll need to be eligible
Experience: 3+ years as a business analyst, product analyst, or in a similar role in technology, fintech, or financial services.
Methods: Familiarity with requirements elicitation, process modelling (BPMN or equivalent), and agile practices (user stories, backlogs, acceptance criteria).
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders and to present findings clearly.
Analytical Skills: Structured thinking; ability to break down complex problems and trade-offs.
