Role: Business Analyst
Location: Remote - Mexico
Type: Fulltime Permanent and Remote Position with HCLTech

Responsibilities- Review project assigned for potential gaps and/or missing requirements necessary to fulfill the business request
- Manages their Dashboard daily and update accordingly
- Deactivating integrations in all systems when needed
- Notify appropriate teams internally as needed based on specific project needs
- Documents project extracts, company, and contact records.
- Maintain and protect customer relationships with excellent customer service
- 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
