Business Analyst- Mobile Banking / Digital Banking

We have an immediate opening for BA - Mobile Banking with our client.

Duration : Permanent

Location : Dubai

Key Responsibilities

Gather & document requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories)

Map end-to-end digital customer journeys

Work on mobile banking features (onboarding, payments, SME services)

Collaborate with business, tech, UX, and vendors

Support new mobile banking application implementation, delivery, UAT, and releases

Ensure compliance with UAE banking regulations

Requirements

7s–10 yrs BA experience in Banking (Retail/SME)

Strong exposure to Mobile/Digital Banking

Knowledge of payments, onboarding, Mobile Journeys, Account Opening, CASA, SME products, Account Services.

Agile, JIRA/Confluence experience

Strong stakeholder communication
