Business Analyst

SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Business Analyst for a remote opportunity for candidates in the EST. The Candidate will support survey administration, reporting operations, and institutional data initiatives for a higher education organization. This role is responsible for coordinating survey schedules, managing evaluation processes, monitoring participation metrics, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of reporting data.



Required Qualifications for the Business Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required


• 2+ years of experience administering surveys and developing data reports


• Experience working with survey management platforms such as Qualtrics, SmartEvals, SogoSurvey, Alchemer, or similar tools
