Business Analyst (Platform)

Role purpose Platform-focused Business Analyst supporting the EUC workstream — requirements, use-case coverage, persona definition, endpoint inventory and application candidacy. Key responsibilities Run requirements workshops with Customer EUC owners; capture, document and prioritise. Maintain the application candidacy audit and persona / use-case matrix. Build and maintain the endpoint inventory; coordinate the BoM and physical endpoint standards. Support pilot user selection, UAT design and acceptance criteria. Required experience and qualifications 5+ years as a Business Analyst on EUC, M365 or end-user computing programmes. Strong workshop facilitation and documentation skills. Demonstrable delivery experience in a regulated industry — financial services, government, pharmaceuticals, energy or similar — including familiarity with change control, audit and compliance constraints.
