Business Analyst (Platform)

Role purpose

Platform-focused Business Analyst supporting the EUC workstream — requirements, use-case coverage, persona definition, endpoint inventory and application candidacy.

Key responsibilities

• Run requirements workshops with Customer EUC owners; capture, document and prioritise.
• Maintain the application candidacy audit and persona / use-case matrix.
• Build and maintain the endpoint inventory; coordinate the BoM and physical endpoint standards.
• Support pilot user selection, UAT design and acceptance criteria.

Required experience and qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst on EUC, M365 or end-user computing programmes.
• Strong workshop facilitation and documentation skills.
• Demonstrable delivery experience in a regulated industry — financial services, government, pharmaceuticals, energy or similar — including familiarity with change control, audit and comp...
