Business Analyst /Product Manager - Retail SCM, Order Management & Replenishment

Role Descriptions: Product Vision & Roadmap Define and articulate the product vision and roadmap for OMS and replenishment solutions aligned with the companys supply chain strategy Develop a deep understanding of current replenishment and order management processes to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals Define and maintain a clear product backlog with user stories and acceptance criteria reflecting customer and business needs Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering Facilitate discovery workshops and capture end-to-end user scenarios, including edge cases and exceptions Translate business needs into actionable product requirements and specifications for development teams Serve as the voice of the customer and business throughout the development process, balancing priorities and trade-offs Product Delivery & Agile Leadership Lead cross-functional agile teams thro...
