Role Summary: NearSource is looking for a Business Analyst – Project & Change Management to support enterprise initiatives focused on business transformation, process optimization, and operational excellence. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver core business analysis services, project coordination, and change management activities for large-scale programs.
