Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and reporting requirements
- Translate business needs into functional documentation
- Document procedures and workflows
- Support project delivery and backlog grooming within the PMO
- Manage requirement changes and maintain BA documentation
- Support UAT and ensure features meet requirements
- Continuously improve analysis tools and processes
Job Experience and Skills Required
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- 5-8 years of similar business analysis experience
- Understanding of payments environment (retailers, digital, banking, card schemes, EFT, settlement, acquiring, etc.) would be highly beneficial
- Full understanding of the Microsoft suite, Draw.IO, Jira, Confluence and Visio
