Business Analyst – Requirements & Process Design

Job Description

• Lead requirements gathering across Customer Service, Billing, Metering, Treasury/Collections, Regulatory, and IT


• Document BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, AS-IS and TO-BE process flows


• Support configuration, functional design, and fit-gap analysis with the CIS vendor


• Define SIT and UAT test scenarios and cases


• Support defect triage and validation


• Assist with data migration mapping and validation
