Business Analyst – Retail & MDM (Stibo)

Seeking a BA with experience in Retail data processes and MDM implementations (Stibo STEP preferred). The BA will support requirement gathering, process design, and data governance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for retail and MDM initiatives.
• Support data modeling, workflows, and governance design in Stibo.
• Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessments.
• Assist with UAT, test cases, and defect resolution.
• Work closely with business and IT teams to ensure alignment.

Required Experience

• 8+ years as a BA.
• MDM project experience (Stibo preferred).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
