Job Description
The Business Analyst will work as a key liaison with business to gather, analyze, and documentbusiness requirements of numerous business systems. The Business Analyst will collaborate closelywith the Project Team to ensure project deadlines are met. Previous experience as a business analystis required. The ideal candidate will join the Digital Experience team, supporting both business-as usual(BAU) and innovative projects throughout the organization to enhance efficiency and identifyopportunities for process improvements.
Key Functions:
- Elicit, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and observations.
- Develop comprehensive use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria that accurately capture business needs and guide development efforts.
