Remote position (will be required to travel to Empangeni at least once a week)
Excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Business Analyst to join a dynamic agricultural operation. Ideal for a candidate with strong experience in ERP implementation, business process improvement, and systems modernisation within a project-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across multiple operational divisions
- Translate business processes into functional specifications, user stories, and process maps
- Support ERP implementation, gap analysis, and solution design alongside external consultants
