Bilingual (Korean) required Position Summary: The Business Analyst will work closely with customers to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system development projects. This role includes process documentation, preparing functional specifications, supporting QA testing, and leading user acceptance testing (UAT). The Business Analyst will also assist with proposal development for new project opportunities. This position requires strong bilingual communication skills in Korean and English, as the role involves frequent collaboration with Korean-speaking stakeholders and documentation in both languages.
