Business Analyst / Salesforce (M/F)

Salesforce rollouts mobilise Business Analysts capable of articulating business priorities and functional configuration, within a continuous improvement and platform upskilling logic. This role is aimed at a Salesforce BA wishing to operate as a key link between project teams and end users.

YOUR MISSIONS

As a Business Analyst Salesforce (M/F), you are the key link between project teams and end users. You contribute to defining, designing and deploying Salesforce solutions that meet our clients' business priorities.

• Analyse user requirements and propose suitable functional solutions
• Configure Salesforce to standards for simple and medium-complexity cases
• Create and maintain documentation of requirements, processes and solutions
• Prepare analysis reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Train end users and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT)
