We're looking for a Business Analyst, Senior to translate internal and customer requirements into clear, actionable specifications—designing effective solutions to meet business needs and improve the customer experience.

- Partner with internal teams, product managers, developers, and customers to gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Write clear requirements with scope, priorities, and acceptance criteria; prioritize and validate features across multiple teams.
- Design solutions for complex problems and validate product functionality at the end of development cycles.
- Lead sprint review demos, present finished work to customers, and identify new scope based on feedback.
- Support 1-3 Scrum teams by managing project plans, timelines, and scope changes; negotiate priorities with Product Management.
