Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Service Process Expert to support the analysis, design, and optimization of business processes for large-scale data platform and digital government initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting stakeholder consultations, gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing current and future-state processes, and supporting the development of key project artifacts, including the Business Requirements Document (BRD) and solution design documentation.
The role requires strong expertise in business analysis, process mapping, requirements management, and service design to ensure that platform capabilities align with organizational objectives and user needs.
