Job Description
Role Summary
Support the Trading Oil & Shipping business by managing requirements, user support, testing, and enhancements for Medissys (ETRM – Energy Trading & Risk Management). Act as the key liaison between business users and development teams to ensure smooth delivery and operation of critical trading systems.
Key Responsibilitie
- Gather and analyse business requirements and prepare functional specifications
- Work closely with development teams to deliver system enhancements
- Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and manage defect reporting
- Conduct functional testing, UAT, and non-regression testing
- Support change management, user adoption, and documentation
- Monitor Medissys application servers and services and assist with issue resolution
