New York State Early Intervention Program (EIP).

NYSDOH needs temporary contractual services to support the Early

Intervention Program with the Early Intervention Data System. This

application is used to address the Early Intervention Program's (EIP's)

functions of child referral and intake, case management,

developmental evaluations, service planning, service delivery, service

providers' claiming, provider application and approval, reporting,

auditing, and compliance with federal and State requirements. The
