The Agile Business Analyst will work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable Agile artifacts. This role includes gathering and validating requirements, supporting user acceptance testing, troubleshooting system and process issues, maintaining clear documentation, monitoring project status, and supporting end users with training and release communications. The analyst will help drive successful adoption of Agile practices and ensure alignment of business and system requirements throughout the product lifecycle. Requirements/Must Have: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 5 years of progressive experience in business analysis, systems analysis, testing, or other analytical experience.
