Job Description
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or equivalent
- Avaloq certification
- Avaloq functional training
- Minimum 3–8 years of Business Analyst experience in banking or financial services
- Strong functional knowledge of Avaloq Core Banking (Private Banking)
- Experience supporting regulatory or compliance-driven initiatives
- Experience working with vendors and system integrators in a banking environment
- Strong requirement analysis and documentation skills
- Good understanding of Private Banking / Wealth Management operations
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented, structured, and delivery-focused
- Willingness to work onsite based on project and operational needs
