Business Analytics & Insights (BAI) Sr. Manager

BA&I aims to become a strategic engine of change for the commercial organization by enabling data-driven decision making and delivering the highest level of customer excellence in support of Amgen’s mission to serve patients.

As a key partner to assigned Business Units and cross-functional stakeholders, the BAI Senior Manager leads the generation of actionable business insights, forecasting, and analytics to support business strategy and maximize performance across inline and pipeline products.

This role is expected to operate beyond analytical execution by applying strong business judgment, critical thinking, and analytical rigor to ensure high-quality, insight-driven outputs that support business decision-making. The BAI Senior Manager serves as a trusted partner to Business Unit stakeholders by challenging assumptions, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing an objective and independent perspective grounded in data and market understanding.
