Job Description

You will be responsible for:
Monitor and continuous improvement of Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Providing Unit Testing and Integration Testing
Business Process Mapping
Identifying training, orientation, policies and procedures business improvements
Supporting business user training with IS team input
Staying up to date with new trends and tools to ensure best practise is used in the role
Developing and maintaining application roadmaps
Timely and accurate resolution of incidents within agreed timeframes
Ensuring strong relationships are built and maintained
You'll bring proven experience working with MWS and ERP systems and large-scale business applications, ideally within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
