Position Description:

Serves in a cross-functional role that aids in the design, build, and maintenance of scheduling patterns and templates in Epic Cadence for all clinics and ancillaries across the healthcare system. This role collaborates with key members of operations and management to support visit type creation that works in conjunction with key scheduling components such as rules, blocks, pools, and other data elements required to schedule appointments. Functions as the primary liaison with the Information Services Department for dictionary support, table entries, training, drafting, maintenance, and enforcement of policies and procedures relative to registration and scheduling so as to maintain system standards promoting patient access.
