Business Compliance (KYC-CDD) Trainee

Desktop KYC CDD Review of Existing customers:

The candidate will be responsible to

• Perform periodic, anniversary-based KYC CDD Reviews of the existing Low and Medium Risk Customers while following the approved guidelines for reviews.
• Evaluate and align customer’s profile and available information with the actual transaction pattern.
• Ensure that the KYC CDD reviews are performed within the given timelines.
• Assess and report if any discrepancy is found in the customer profile and the transaction conducted during review period.
• Coordinate with the relevant branch(es) for provision of missing or outdated documents of the customer under review.
• Any other task assigned by the Unit Head or Line Manager under the areas of Centralized KYC CDD Reviews.

Qualifications

• Fresh Graduate - final transcript / degree must be in-hand.
