Business & Corporate Banking - Cash & FX Sales (Klang Valley)

Cash & Forex (CFX) Sales focuses on new deposit customer acquisition, managing existing deposit relationships and portfolio, and driving cross‑selling of cash management solutions to grow the share of operating accounts and FX penetration. The successful candidate will report to the Area Head in the Cash & FX Sales team within the Business & Corporate Banking Division.

Job Responsibilities

• Driving key KRAs on growing deposits & FX and ensuring successful execution with proven results.
• Work closely with Relationship Managers, Area Managers and relevant stakeholders to grow new and existing customers’ deposits and non‑borrowing portfolio.
• Bring in new customers to the branch via community business visitations, roadshows or other branch‑based sales activities.
• Propose, determine and identify business opportunities and risk associated with cost‑benefit analysis, presenting findings to the manager for decision making.
