Our client in the training industry is seeking a Business Developer with a proven sales track record to join their team in Cape Town, Century City.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development with a strong focus on HR related services.
- Proven track record of consistently generating at least 5 million Rand in annual sales within your established pipeline.
- Extensive network of relationships within HR Manager and Director functions across all industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
