Job Description

Responsibilities
:
Market Development & Sales GrowthLead the business development of GFRP permanent reinforcement, GFRP rockbolts, and AAA active anchors solutions in China.
Identify, target, and convert new opportunities in tunneling, mining, transportation infrastructure, hydro projects, and deep excavation sectors.
Develop and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and growth plans for assigned product lines.
Distributor Network ExpansionBuild a structured distributor network across China except Guangdong, ensuring coverage of priority provinces and strategic market segments.
Evaluate, select, onboard, and train new distributors to meet DBPG’s commercial and technical standards.
Drive distributor performance through joint visits, product training, pricing coordination, and annual business planning.
