Business Development Analyst

About this Role

We are looking for a Business Development Lead with 3–4 years of hands‑on experience driving commercial growth.

Experience in money transfer, electronic payments, or fintech space is highly desirable. We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable chasing hard numbers, sharp at spotting market movements, and effective at turning potential into profit.

You will work directly with senior management to expand partnerships, increase transaction volumes, and strengthen the company’s competitive position.

• Drive business growth across Mexico and the Caribbean, identifying and securing new partnerships within these markets.
• Manage and expand new or existing relationships with financial institutions, fintechs, money transfer companies, agents, billers, etc.
