Business Development and Sales Executive (Engineering/IT Background Required)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic partnerships with SMEs and member companies
• Execute effective customer relationship management and sales strategies
• Promote, market, and sell PSDC’s corporate training programs and technical solutions
• Position PSDC’s core technical capabilities to drive sales and margin growth
• Build strong networks with key decision makers and industry stakeholders
• Participate in forums, conferences, and industry events to generate leads
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality and offerings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field (strongly preferred / required)
• Candidates with a background in Management, Sales, or Marketing must have relevant technical experience
