Job Description
Conduct preliminary feasibility assessments for new land acquisitions and potential business opportunities.
Develop strategic recommendations to enhance the utilization and value of the Group’s existing landbank and property assets.
Carry out macro- and micro-level market research, competitor analysis, and ongoing monitoring of property market trends and movements.
Assist in the preparation of business cases, development concepts, and presentation materials for internal reviews and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect relevant inputs for land studies and project evaluations.
