The Business Development Associate (BDA) helps fuel CSG’s growth by generating new business, building strong client relationships, and supporting our sales teams. You’ll research markets, qualify opportunities, and coordinate activities that move deals through the pipeline.

We are looking for a Business Development Associate who will:

  • Build and grow strategic relationships with partners and prospective customers

  • Conduct market and account research to identify opportunities and inform outreach

  • Drive pipeline growth by following up on marketing campaigns and inbound leads

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and demos for Client Business Executives and Sales Directors

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting via phone and email
