Job Summary
At Rentalworks, you will drive sales conversion and customer engagement through outbound and inbound communications, manage customer data and orders accurately, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sustainable technology lifecycle management projects.
Responsibilities
Convert sales opportunities from existing customers and new leads to achieve business growth
Conduct outbound B2B calls to promote Rentalworks' solutions and products effectively
Respond promptly to incoming phone calls and emails, assisting clients with inquiries about company products and services
Maintain and update the customer database to ensure accurate client information
Report operational or client issues promptly to the relevant Supervisor for resolution
Process customer orders with complete and accurate documentation to support smooth transactions
