Business Development Executive (Upper South)

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, convert leads into customers, and support the sales team in driving revenue growth.
• Daily connect and field coaching with distributor sales reps.
• Identify & Develop new customers to contribute to the company's sales target.
• Negotiate business terms with key customers. Any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Qualifications

• Qualification and Experience
• SPM or Higher Education Qualification.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiar Local Supermarket in Upper South (Target Group/ Family Store / Jasin Point).
• Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in FMCG industry.
• Basic Computer Skills in Excel & PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
