Job Responsibilities

• Own the full new-business sales cycle in Malaysia — from prospecting and outreach to pitching, closing, and onboarding employers onto the FastJobs platform.
• Work directly with hiring managers, HR leads, and operations heads at companies across industries such as F&B, retail, logistics, hospitality, and facilities management.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective employer accounts across key non-executive hiring sectors in Malaysia.
