Job Description

ACCIONA’s Business Development Graduate Rotation Program is designed for recent graduates who are interested in building a career in renewable energy project development.

This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on exposure to the full lifecycle of renewable energy business development projects. Through structured rotations across key departments, participants will develop a broad understanding of how projects are originated, developed, engineered and prepared for execution.

The program is intended to prepare high‑potential graduates for future roles as Project Developers or other positions within the business development function.

Program Structure

Participants will complete rotations across key areas of the business development lifecycle over a one‑year program, with each rotation lasting approximately 3–4 months.
