Business Development Head (Site Acquisition & Expansion)

Role Overview

The Business Development Head will lead the company’s nationwide site acquisition and leasing initiatives, identifying high‑potential locations that support strategic business expansion. The role is responsible for driving end‑to‑end property sourcing, market evaluation, lease negotiation, and relationship management with landlords, developers, and key stakeholders. The position also oversees site expansion strategies across multiple brands and business formats.
