**Description:** The Capture Excellence team sits within Lockheed Martin Space's Strategy & Business Development (S&BD) organization. Our mission is to equip Space BD with the processes, tools, talent, and insights needed to compete and win in an increasingly complex market. The Business Development Insights Lead is a critical addition to this team — a role for someone who brings intellectual rigor, relationship acumen, and a bias for translating data into decisions that matter.
In this high-visibility, high-autonomy role, the Business Development Insights Lead operates under minimal direction to gather, validate, and analyze data across MSACs, Lines of Business, and functional areas, translating complex operational and pipeline information into executive-ready insights and recommendations.
