Project & Process Management
Oversee and track all business development projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.Lead RFP update meetings, maintain project checklists, and send reminders to team members regarding deadlines and deliverables.Manage the preparation of RFP submissions, including budget-to-actuals tracking and coordination of proposal components. Brand & Concept Development
Conduct research on brands and concepts; recommend new opportunities for active RFPs and the company’s portfolio.Maintain and update the company’s brand list.Manage brand introductions, follow-ups, and meeting scheduling. Partnership & Relationship Management
