Business Development Manager

Own the owner acquisition pipeline for Dubai's fastest-growing holiday home management company. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role with direct access to leadership and uncapped earning potential.

As Business Development Manager at VayK, you are responsible for growing our managed property portfolio. You will identify, approach, and close property owners — converting them from prospects into long-term managed clients. This is the highest-impact commercial role in the company.

You will own the full acquisition cycle: from lead generation and first outreach to property tours, proposals, and signed management agreements. You'll also work closely with our operations team to ensure a smooth handover once a deal closes.
