This role partners with the Business Development Director to drive growth across India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh by expanding distribution networks, acquiring new customers, executing market strategies, and ensuring sales, service quality, and compliance targets are met.
Your tasks
Drive market insights by analyzing key customer segments (HoReCa, QSR, CVS, bakeries) and roasters. Develop and execute impactful market entry and growth strategies with clear roadmaps Lead business development and marketing initiatives (events, digital campaigns, trade fairs) Strengthen and expand the Franke brand presence across the assigned region Build trusted, long-term relationships with distributors and key partners at all levels Expand sub-dealer networks, including onboarding competitive channel partners Acquire and grow high-value key accounts (large & mid-siz...
