Job Description

We are looking for a New Business Development Manager to grow our client base in the Gauteng region. This role is based in Johannesburg and is part of the RSAWEB Business Direct Sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Use previous business development and solution‑selling experience to grow RSAWEB Business’s customer base.
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Attend industry networking events and face‑to‑face customer meetings.
  • Create tailored offerings based on customer specific requirements.
  • Grow revenue for key accounts brought onboard for a pre‑determined period before handing them over to the account management team for ongoing management.
  • Identify opportunities within the customer’s existing connectivity, mobile, cloud, and digital landscape and foster strong relationships to keep customers ahead of their competitors.
  • Create meaningfully customized proposals for each customer requirement.
